I'm not an Alchoholic

Well, for some reasons I have been kinda miserable lately so I decided to get myself drunk yesterday. At least that's what people would usually do right? Get drunk when their sad?! no?

Anyway, that was the first time I got drunk. So I drank 5 bottles of Carlsberg and the next thing I know, I was letting fly every possible thoughts that stepped into my mind.

And the funniest thing that happened was when I was looking for some tissue paper to wipe my hands. In my worst state of mind, I actually thought the mayonnaise sauce was the tissue paper and I just reached over and grabbed it without any second thoughts.

Of course, my friends laugh the hell out of me =.=

So there's my Merdeka Day celebration... lol

Before the worst...

I'm just going through a really tough patch myself now. Before things starts to get worst, I decided that it was best that I stay away from everything right now.

To that someone special in my heart:
take care, eat well, sleep well and always remember that someone misses you...

Sweet Dreams...

Have you ever wondered why or when do we dream while we sleep? Does our dreams pan out from our personal experiences, through our minds and thoughts or is god actually trying to tell us something through our subconcious mind?

For me, a dream is like being in a different world. A world with a story to tell where you find yourself as the main character of the story. But of all things, you find yourself not being able to control most part of it. You just couldn't control your actions, your thoughts and the only thing you could do is follow the flow of the story. It's like everything you do is written in a script beforehand.

As far as the story goes, all kinds of emotions could be felt which really makes you feel as if its really happening to you. Of course, there are the happy, sad or even horrified moments in one's dreams but sometimes these things just makes you want to stay there forever.

It actually happened to me just yesterday where I had this dream or a story pretty similar to the one I had a couple of months ago.

It just makes me wonder, why did the dream came up again all of a sudden? Is god trying to tell me something or is it because I really missed her that much?

I wonder...

Anyway, here's another nice song. A song from John Mayer for those who are waiting for the right person to come along into their lives...

POWER...!!! Baby...!!!

I've been going through Youtube lately just to keep myself away from boredom... wait... that sounds kinda familiar... something to keep me away from boredom... hmmm...

Anyway, I came across this pretty cool video below with Wade Robson in it. Now have you ever heard of this awesome guy named Wade Robson? No? Wade Robson is actually one of the best dance choreographer around and as described in Wikipedia, "an award-winning choreographer". You should definitely to check out his dance videos, they are absouuuuluteleyy farrrrntarrrrstic!!!

Girls would most definitely go crazy over him

He has helped choreographed dance videos and performances for Britney Spears when she was at her prime and not to mention N'SYNC in the past as well. Also, if your favourite TV channel is MTV, you would have probably seen The Wade Robson Project which is a talent search competition created and hosted by the man himself, Wade Robson.

Now check out Wade Robson in his awesomeness...

Hold on a second...!!! Ain't that the Power brand??

Yes, POWER, one of the our very own Bata Brands shoes. Seriously?! I just think Power shoes are rubbish. I had owned one before when I decided to save my money on buying a branded basketball shoe but the Power shoes just gave my leg a hell of a time. My feet where having blisters and my toes had its skin ripped off so after just two weeks, I left the shoes at where it truly belongs, the dustbin.

No wonder Wade Robson was sweating in the commercials...

Orphan

It was another boring weekend I guess, so my friend, Fei, who's unusually free today because his gf had some dinner to attend to, decided to ask us out for a movie.

And so... we went to watch this movie called "Orphan". With that title, you could probably guess whats the movie related to - child adoption. I'm gonna try not to reveal too much about the movie but just so you know, this is one bad ass movie with a few bloody images that makes you go "WHAT THE F***?!". Definitely not a movie to go to with your girlfriends DUDES!!!

Anyway, this movie is kinda sickening because you will be seeing this cute lil psychotic 9 year old girl manipulating people with her charm, and then BRUTALLY smashing and killing people, and not to mention that she gets away with it every freaking lil time until the end of the movie. (In the movie, she's actually a 33 year old woman but due to some hormon dysfunction, she did not really grow in size)

Isabelle Fuhrman as ESTHER!!! GREAT JOB!!!

One thing you'll get to feel while watching this movie will definitely be the "geram-ness" of watching this lil girl doing what she wants and getting away with it everytime. That's how good of a manipulator and killer she was!

(SPOILER!!!)
Also, we get to know that this girl actually gone crazy and started killing people because her heart was broken once before and in later she feel for her "foster dad" as well. So guess what, her "foster dad" died as well. So what we get to know from here is that, love does make people go crazy sometimes which I'm happy to agree with!

So it's definitely a nice movie to watch but I'm not gonna recommend it to any girls unless you have a big and tough boyfriend beside you to hug. lol.

... and most definitely NO BABIES ALLOWED!!!

Jason Mraz - If It Kills Me

Well all I really wanna do is love you
A kind much closer than friends use
But I still can't say it after all we've been through
And all I really want from you is to feel me
As the feeling inside keeps building
And I will find a way to you if it kills me
If it kills me

UP!

Yeapz, I'd just came back from watching the movie "UP" and from what I've seen, I'm definitely gonna recommend it to all of you. I would probably put it as one of the best animation movie I've ever seen because it was so compelling and engaging, there were also occasional humors and touching moments that just makes this movie so good.

I'd also recommend that you watch it in 3D. It's just so much nicer that way as you would get to enjoy the moments, the scenery and really feel that you're right in it.

Also, I'm not usually a fan of CGI animated movies, so for me to watch and highly recommend it, it has to be really something!

Lastly, I'm gonna leave you with this trailer. Hope you enjoy...

The Script - Before the Worst

This song has been playing on my PC almost everyday on repeat mode.

It's been a while since the two of us talked
About a week since the day you walked
Knowing things would never be the same
With your empty heart and mine full of pain
So explain to me, how it came to this
Take it back to the night we kissed
It was Dublin city on a Friday night
You were vodkas and coke, I was Guinness all night

We were sitting with our backs against the world
Saying things that we thought but never heard
Who would have thought it would end up like this?
Where everything we talked about is gone
And the only chance we have of moving on

Is try to take it back
Before it all went wrong

Before the worst, before we mend
Before our hearts decide
It's time to love again
Before too late, before too long
Lets try to take it back
Before it all went wrong

There was a time, that we'd stay up all night
Best friends talking till the daylight
Took the joys alongside the pain
With not much to loose, but so much to gain
Are hearing me? Cause I don't wanna miss,
Set you a drift on memory bliss
It was Grafton Street on a rainy night
I was down on one knee and you where mine for life

We we're thinking we would never be apart
With your name tattooed across my heart
Who would have thought it would end up like this?
Where everything we talked about is gone
And the only chance we have of moving on

Is try to take it back
Before it all went wrong

Before the worst, before we mend
Before our hearts decide
It's time to love again
Before too late, before too long
Lets try to take it back
Before it all went wrong

If the clouds don't clear
Then well rise above it, well rise above it
Heavens gate is so near
Come walk with me through
Just like we use to, just like we use to

Lets take it back
Before it all went wrong

Before the worst, before we mend
Before our hearts decide
It's time to love again
Before too late, before too long
Lets try to take it back
Before it all went wrong

Insomnia

Oww man, this is the first time I'm having a long insomnia. Previously, the most I would find it hard to sleep was probably around 20-30 minutes but today I managed to break the old record and now it stands at about 1 hour. This is terrible for me because I'm suppose to be waking up early to go Nilai to complete some stuff.

The thing now is, while I'm trying hard to get a good sleep, my mind has other ideas. Smartly enough, it decides to operate at its optimal performance which also means I'm gonna be in deep shit tomorrow when it tires out. So if any of you reading this and by any chance your gonna bump into me, please... don't be surprised if I'm taking 10 seconds or so to communicate a sentence with you.

I have already tried my most effective way of putting myself to sleep, which you might find it hilarious... but usually I would just put these words into my mind "sleep, sleep ,sleep, sleep, sleep... and so on" until it tires out. But it just ain't working this time around.

It's boring and everyone is snoring away so I decided to do some drawing...

4.30am now... going to sleep... FINALLY...

7 hours pass my bed time

Hey, I'm supposed to sleep early today but my ex-roommate, ex-coursemate, ex-gaymate, n good pal Burger called me up just when I'm about to finish off my stuff to go to bed. Well, he came down all the way from PJ to find his gf and invited me out for a drink.

Soon afterwards, we went to Nothingham University just to hang out and chill there. So he showed me this awesome drifting clip which I'm gonna share with all of you.

... and so 4 hours later, it is now 4am and I've just reached home still not really feeling like sleeping. Why? I'm kinda worried about some stuff. Not just SOME stuff actually, LIFE's stuff. What does a guy gotta do in life? You'll know what I'm talking about...

And have you guys ever driven on a curvy street roads at high speeds? I had this experience on my way back from Nottingham. Because it was 4 in the morning, I was the only one and there wasn't many cars on the roads which gives me the opportunity to speed my way back home. Accelerate, left right left right... it was fun!!! ... and not to forget I shoot a COUPLE of red lights along the way as well. Will definitely do it again SOON :D

sorry mom, I trashed your car

Chelsea wins Community Shield

We are just one week away from the beginning of the footballing season now and we've just got a taste of what's to come from two of the title contenders for the English Premier League this season.

While its still pre-season and not considered to be a an important trophy, the Community Shield, which pits the FA Cup winners against the league winners, is considered the curtain raiser to the new season.

Of course, this post would be about Chelsea and it was interesting to see how the squad performed under our new Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti and the new system that he brought to the team. Chelsea looked lackluster in the first half, going down 1-0 at the break but came out firing on all cylinders in the second half which was great to watch. In the end, the match ended 2-2 and there was a penalty shoot-out to separate both teams and Chelsea won it by defeating Manchester United 4-2 on penalties.

Things are looking bright now and hopefully it will be the first of many trohpies to come from Chelsea this season.

Euro Deli Grill - A Delicate German-Swiss Sensation

5th of August was the day when we celebrated my mom's 50th birthday. Well, there wasn't much of a celebration, but we did went to this place called Euro Deli Grill at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng near KLCC to have a good dinner.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good camera with me that day so there are no LIVE quality photos to upload here.

*searching for photos on the net*

Restaurant Euro Deli Grill... and I hv no idea who are the peoples in the pic :P

For your information, Euro Deli Grill is a western food restaurant which sells mostly pork dishes (non-halal) and it is mostly famous for its tasty German sausages. (At least that's what they are calling themselves: The Sausage King) Besides, you could also enjoy some of the best German beers that they have to offer.

... and the first thing I notice when I entered was that the waiters were very polite and friendly.

Buns with butter just to kickstart your appetite :)

Complimentary plate of mixed sausages :P
(you'll get this if you come in a group of 4)

Enter some of the main dishes...

Roast Pork Knuckles

Pork Cordon Blue

For me, I'm a huge fan of Secret Recipe's Chicken Cordon Blue so I decided to see if a Pork Cordon Blue was as good.

The result: Chicken would still be my preference. And don't get me wrong, the Pork Cordon Blue was nice, but it was just a tad too much pork for me during the day as we ordered 4 surfing's of pork, and not to forget the 3 complementary sausages.

*no wonder Europeans are that big in size!!!* o.O

And, my favorite of the day...

A cup of German Paulaner beer
*craving for another glass*

While I'm not much of a drinker and still learning to drink, this is by far the best beer I've tasted so far. Its just perfect for me as it is not as bitter and the best thing about the Paulaner beer is that it is very smooth. The feeling of it sliding down your throat, just exquisite. You'll have to try it to know how good it is... and it'll only cost you Rm18 for a glass :)

Finally, I would say the steak here is nice while the sponge and springy sausages are definitely one of the best around. So I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone not just only for a nice meal but also a place to relax, chill and have a nice drink.

*still drooling over the glass of Paulaner beer*

Random stuffs

I'd just came back from a week of basketball action in Nilai. Happy that the team won but disappointed at not playing any part in it. So that's as far as I go on commenting about it.

Next is the song introduced by a friend of mine. It has some great tune to it which is why this song has accompanied me during my travels in the train back and forth Nilai all the time.

Ahh... nothing like a good song that makes you wanna get off your seat and strut you stuffs in the train. lol

Moving on, I've also gotten myself a new spectacles to replace the old worn out one :)

My new BIG spectacles

It looks okay in the picture above but trust me, it is really BIG!!! And I'm not gonna post any pictures of me wearing it now so if you wanna have look, you'll have to meet up with me! :)

Comparison between the new and the old

I've not really gotten used to looking at myself in this new image and all I can say is I look a bit nerdy now. :/
BUT, my usually small eyes will look bigger now. XD

What's this?

Guess what's that in the picture above... Its kinda big and it looks like its made out of solid steel. It's my freaking spectacle case!!! Awesome?

What's coming next is even more awe... wait for it... SOME!!! Well, after collecting my specs, I went to Mid Valley to shop around and just before I left, I spotted this car!!!

It's just not any normal car you see on the roads. Its the 2009 Nissan Skyline GT-R (or R35) which you would hardly see on the roads as it will cost you around Rm700k to own one. In this car you will have a head turner everywhere you go and a twin-turbocharged 3.8 liter V6 engine under the hood. *drooling*

A better look at the car

... and if you've heard of the Nissan 350Z aka Fairlady and think its awesome, think again cuz it is nowhere comparable to this car. This beauty is not just twice the price of a 350Z but also twice the car of the 350Z... a true SUPER-CAR. Enough said.

I Would MOST DEFINITELY get one if I was a multi-millionaire!!! *dreaming on*

Anyway, I just had a nice dinner of Potato-Bacon-Omelet with fried chicken made by mom hours ago. It wasn't enough for my tummy so I went on to cook more! YES! Me cooking!!! Something which you wouldn't normally get to see.

So that's all now. I'll leave you here with my simple bacon omelet! yum yum... :)
