This is probably a very common thing and most people are already aware of it but I'm writing this just to remind everyone and also myself once again that whenever an opportunity appears, do not hesitate to grab it or you will end up regretting and kicking yourself in the ass. Opportunities only appears once and if you're very lucky then you might get a second chance but the probability of that happening will be second to none.
So, if a job appears, TAKE IT!!! If a business opportunity appears, GRAB IT!!! If someone you like is still available, LET HER KNOW THAT YOU LIKE HER!!!
